I'm limited to Xalan as my XSLT processer.  My understanding is Xalan
only supports XSLT and XPath 1.0, but if I'm wrong we may have a
winner...

I'm actually rather envious of the additional stuff one can do with
2.0, but that's a whole other topic. =)
