Is there a way to access the browser header (Accept-Language) variables
from within an XSL template?
you can declare one or more global parameters to the stylesheet, and
pass those in when you invoke the transform. cocoon has the accept
headers available and can specify stylesheet parameters as I recall.
(although it's a year or two since I used cocoon). So XSLT doesn't know
anything about http headers, it's just a string parameter as far as XSLT
is concerned.
