It's quite tricky, especially if the split might happen at an abitrary
depth (like splitting a table over two pages). For the general case (I
did the code once, and I'm not doing it again because I know it's
tricky!)
OK, at least I wasn't missing the obvious.
I'll have a go at implementing your solution.
