so you cg=hanged the name of that one

but

        <xsl:copy>


you didn't change the rest so they are still in no-namespace.

replace xsl:copy by

<xsl:element name="{local-name()}">

and move


xmlns="http://www.bibletechnologies.net/2003/OSIS/namespace

of the other template on to xsl:stylesheet so its in scope for all the
elements you generate
