The specific XSLT related changes in 9.2 are:
* Support for the Intel(R) XML Software Suite allowing to use the Intel
XSLT engine for stylesheet validation and transformations within oXygen.
* Updated the support for Saxon 9 from Saxonica to Saxon 9.0.0.4
