That's true if by "UCD" you mean the UnicodeData.txt file. But that's only
one of the files in the Unicode database; another file is blocks.txt which
does contain the required information.

which I must have known at one point as that's where I got the info
from:-), but I think I had always missed that schema regexp could access
these names, with \p{Is....)
