I assume you meant:
grr I just copied the xsl:coment from teh original post, and added the
newline befre and after, I didn't notice the xsl:comment was bad:-)
and the addition of the select attribute to xsl:comment,
respectively.
xsl:comment has a select attribute in 2.0.
