You can't add to an existing file with xslt, you need to do a "modified 
identity transform" that copies your gerichte with additional templates
that add the new entries, either   at the end or in some sorted order. 
write that to a temporary file (or in memrory object) Then copy that over the 
original input using something external to XSLT after the transformation has 
finished.
