Thank you. And no, I can't wait until XSL-FO 2.0 is available. But it is
good to know that that feature is on the list.
Since I don't have control of the programming environment, just the XSL-FO,
I'll have to request the single page option.
Thanks for the assistance and verifying that I wasn't missing something.
