HTML2? Surely not (that's very old) or do you mean XHTML 2?

You question isn't at all clear. Perhaps the answer is


<xsl:template match="[starts-with(@class='FeaturePara')]">

but I can't really tell as I can not tell what your question is.

Please read the list guidelines which give suggestions on posting small
example input  and desired results.
