Does anybody know how could I reach within a template @match the idAplicatie
element from the following xml file?

<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?>
<html xmlns="http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml"; xmlns:ev="http://www.w3.org/2001/xml-events";
xmlns:xf="http://www.w3.org/2002/xforms";>
    <head>
        <xf:model id="modelAcces">
            <xf:instance id="instanceParametriAcces">
                <parametriAcces xmlns="">
                    <numeUtilizator>contabsd</numeUtilizator>
                    <parolaUtilizator>contabsd</parolaUtilizator>
                    <parolaUtilizatorCriptata/>
                    <idAplicatie/>
                    <idSesiune/>
                </parametriAcces>
            </xf:instance>
        </xf:model>
    </head>
</html>

The element is in no namespace so
  <xsl:template match="idAplicatie">
    ...
  </xsl:template>
would suffice.

That seems too obvious to be the answer to your question. Can you elaborate what problem you face?
