Oracle produced this partial implementation of XSLT 2.0 quite a while ago
(long before 2.0 was a Recommendation) but sadly it seems not to have
progressed any further since.

Subject: [xsl] Oracle XSLT 2.0
Hi list
A few months ago it was mentioned at this list that Oracle
has developed an XSLT 2.0 processor. If we google, this is returned:
http://www.oracle.com/technology/sample_code/tech/xml/xslt20/r
eadme.html
confirming the story.
Has any list member tested this new XSLT 2.0 processor? How
is it doing compared to Saxon and AltovaXML? Is it possible
to download it and use it at the command line (just for some
testing)? Etc.,etc.
Cheers,
Jesper Tverskov
