[xsl] Merging two XBEL files

Hi,

 I need to merge and sort two XBEL, XML Bookmark files :-

    http://pyxml.sourceforge.net/topics/xbel/

Here's an example file :-

    http://www.aarongray.org/AODUBL/bookmarks.html

It needs to be done in XSLT 1.0 rather than 2.0

Any pointers or solutions or similar solutions most welcome.
