It's true that the Microsoft System.Xml.Xsl processor does not support XSLT
2.0
However, it's not true that XSLT 2.0 is not supported on .NET (only that
it's not supported by Microsoft). You can use Saxon on .NET.

I am writing web application using .Net. On that I have
applied XSLT for splitting XML to Multiple XML files. But It
will not run. I think XSL 2.0 is not support .Net.
