I like "importance". It's officially called "import precedence", but
"importance" would have been a much better word for it!
"Importance" is a nice pun, but I don't think it's very intuitive,
because it corresponds with "import precedence" reciprocally: the "less
imported" a template rule, function, etc. is, the higher is its
importance (if synonymous to import precedence).
