[xsl] Zvon.org relaunch (including XSLT 2.0 Reference)

Hello,
  after quite a few  years of sleeping Zvon.org (http://zvon.org) is
alive again,

the new site contains quite a few new and reworked materials including:

XSLT 2.0 Reference: http://zvon/comp/r/ref-XSLT_2.html

and other XSLT related materials: http://zvon/comp/m/xslt.html


I am now working on usability issues (the site is build on AJAX -
which makes it in my eyes more useful,
  but it brings a lot of problems as well)  and I would  really
appreciate your comments.
