this is like asking to remove all attributes whose value is quoted by "
rather than ' clearly it's possible but it is not a criterion
expressable by xml tools which are designed not to see such syntactic
variants. a perl (or sed or awk or ....) regexp could easily do this of
course, but any XML application (DOM excepted) should treat
<![CDATA[a]]> the same as a, so can't remove one and not the other.
