Maybe he's more concerned with being able to drop the currently sexy
buzzwords at board meetings than he is with whether it actually works
It's probably more a case of advertising the role and not getting much
of a response.
Availability of workforce is why companies base themselves in big
cities, and the workforce live in big cities because that's where all
the work is.
