Thanks Dave. I saw the example you pointed to. It is really a handy
demo of how to illustrate DITA OT stylesheet usage.
I think I can learn from it.

I can't see the point of using xslt 1.0 today?
I ran it using saxon 9, input xml is the 'root' stylesheet of a set
the output is HTML.
