[xsl] Making titles repeatable in table continues to next page with Cont

Hi,

I have a requirement where I have to set the table title repeatable
with the (Continued) word. I could set the table head(thead) working
using the retrieve-table-marker but I couldn't get it working for
titles. Could you please guide me?
