[xsl] XSL-FO: Repeated table column content on page break formatted diff

Hi,

I'm using an Antenna Extension (v 5.3) to repeat the content of the first 
column of a table if the table breaks over pages 
(axf:repeat-cell-content-at-break="true") and it is working. The issue now is 
that the content of that column on the next page needs to be formatted 
differently. How may I achieve this?
