Another test.
If I reply to my own message does the reply get through ?
If yes, there's something about Dave's message that breaks my Outlook.
If no, there's some interaction whereby any message from the list breaks my
Outlook.
Probably,
Richard.

Subject: [xsl] Test Message (Outlook + base64)
Ok, just sending a short message to test the list accepts it.
Replying to a message seems to cause Outlook to send in base64.
Or maybe it's just replying to a message by Dave Pawson. Dave, what email
program are you using ? Any other reports of it forcing Outlook to send base64
?
Uncertainly,
Richard.
