The XSLT and XQuery Working Groups today published XPath 3.0, XQuery
3.0, XQueryX 3.0, XDM 3.0, Serialization 3.0, F&O 3.0 as W3C
Recommendations, and XQuery 3.0 use Cases, Requirements as notes.
I'm posting it here even though XSLT 3.0 is not yet ready, because XPath
3 and of course XQuery 3 are of interest to many people here.
News items on http://www.w3.org/ and

(and I'll be updating the XQuery and XSLT home pages today).
