If you have a question about that is not clearly related to the stated 
scope of XSL-List (such as a question about Xqib) please include in 
your question how it relates to XSL. 

If your question is not directly related to XSL it is out of scope on 
XSL-List. List participants are asked not to respond to out of scope 
postings.
