Looking at the Saxon documentation leads me to the Saxon
Configuration File,
but so far my attempts have been spectacularly ineffective!
This is about Saxon, not XSL as such, so the Saxon mailing list would
probably be a better place. Make sure the SaxonPE code can find the
license. If this is an application you're shipping, check with Saxonica
about whether the customer will need ot buy their own license, if you
didn't already.
