[xsl] RenderX issue in bottom

Hi,

When i am using RenderX ro generte PDG gettitng below text line in every
page in bottom while i havent code anywhere for this:

'XML to PDF by RenderX XEP XSL-FO Formatter, visit us at
http://www.renderx.com/'
