The likely reason, though, will be a negative: the spec is the way it
is because no-one (either within or outwith the WG) saw a problem
with it.
+1 - there's two parts to it: writing the example and, as you point
out, reviewing it.

For those who weren't there - towards the end of the work, five people
at a face to face meeting was considered good attendance.

Frankly, if this is the biggest problem that people can find, then we
did a remarkably good job.
