MHonArc snapshot builds changed from daily to weekly

Snapshot builds of MHonArc are now only done once a week.  The
frequency of CVS changes do not require daily builds and changing to
once a week will help reduce bandwidth usage for mhonarc.org, which
may not be much of a gain since snapshots were done late at night.
