Pass "-nobin -nolib -noman" to install.me if you just want to install
the HTML docs. Passing the "-help" option to install.me gives you
all possible options.

I've created the directory
/home/sunps/Servers/Production/docs/Webcenter/MHonArc/ to place the
documents within the server's document tree.

When I issue the command:
root@/home/sunps/Apps/MHonArc2.4.6# perl install.me -nobin -nolib -noman

I recieve the following:
Pathname of perl executable: ("/usr/local/bin/perl")
Directory to install documentation: ("/usr/local/doc/MHonArc")
/home/sunps/Servers/Production/docs/Webcenter/MHonArc/
You have specified the following:
        Perl path: /usr/local/bin/perl
        Doc directory: /home/sunps/Servers/Production/docs/Webcenter/MHonArc/
Is this correct? ['y'] y
(/usr/local/bin/perl)
Installing docs to "/home/sunps/Servers/Production/docs/Webcenter/MHonArc/":
    doc/app-bugs.html =>
/home/sunps/Servers/Production/docs/Webcenter/MHonArc//app-bugs.html
Unable to open doc/app-bugs.html: No such file or directory

What does this mean: Unable to open doc/app-bugs.html? Why weren't there
any files installed?
