I don't see any indication that the is a "default" resource file installed
for MHonArc.
There is none. You use the -rcfile command-line option to specify
any resource files (see the RCFILE reference page).
Note, MHonArc does support a local system default resource file,
but you must create it yourself. See the DEFRCFILE reference page.
