Yes. Two tweaks to perlcn: "f you read ..." is probably better as
"If you read ..." and "perltw" is probably better as "perlcn" :-)
As for README.jp, I've left I18N part as is; Using Japanese in perl
itself is old trade ('euc' defaulting to 'euc-jp' in many systems is one
of those hidden (and false) hubris of theirs) so I reckoned they should
know there are so many other worlds to explore.
