It matches ^FROM_DAEMON ... and thus fails to match ! ^FROM_DAEMON ...
because its envelope sender is root. The postmark line (the "From " line,
or the From_ line as we sometimes call it) is one of the places ^FROM_DAEMON
looks, and root is one of the addresses it looks for.
