Autoresponse recipe - return whole e-mail

Hello listers,

Here is my quick and dirty autoresponse to counter spam (and sometimes genuine 
people like you, hehehee).
I'd like a modification that will send back the e-mail that triggered it as an 
inclusion ;-)
I've searched the web/archives but since it's eaten my _whole_day_ trying out 
(I got a way to test recipes)
and no success I just decided to take the plunge, get thoroughly flamed by you 
but end up with some solution.

Hmm, this recipe has gotten me flamed before;)
