My first guess: you have an unclosed quote somewhere, so procmail thinks
every line after it is more continuation, and finally it reaches the end
of the file without finding the closing quote. Maybe (though I doubt
it) an unclosed parenthesis could do the same thing.

.procmailrc generate by PHP script from MySQL. Editor have been posted email of
user with singe quote at the end.
