I understood from your licensing terms that such use is NOT allowed:

at the risk of repeating myself: the use of the files is free. The code
itself is not.

The use f te files is free. Use them.  Don't claim the code is yours
and don't reuse the code in your own releases.  But you are free to
USE the code. Seems clear to me.  OTO, IANAL.
