This is incorrect, I think. There's a 0B length indicator missing at
the beginning of the data. The SPF draft says that, "The format of
this type is identical to the TXT RR [RFC1035]."
The dig reveals:
sixxs.com. TYPE99 \# 11 763D73706631202D616C6C
the "11" is the "length indicator", the RDATA being 11 long.
