Both are now running our current code. Both will verify either format.
However, dktest(_at_)blackops(_dot_)org will reply with an ietf-dkim-base-00 signature,
while sa-test(_at_)sendmail(_dot_)net will reply with an ietf-dkim-base-01 signature.
