Configurations Requests

I download mail with the following in my .fetchmailrc...

poll mail.aculink.net with proto POP3 aka mail.deedsmiscentral.net
        user "[username]" there with password "[password]" no mimedecode
smtpaddress mail.deedsmiscentral.net smtphost mail.deedsmiscentral.net
is [local-username] here


yet I'm still unable to force the header in some places below to
produce mail.deedsmiscentral.net as the server in place of
cdm01.deedsmiscentral.net and localhost.
