[fetchmail]preconnect

hello,

recently I got mad about not sending clear text passwords to the
pop server. of course fetchmail has a way around this .  but the
examples in manpage, faq and howto only lead to parse errrors.
Now I know:

        the preconnect keyword may only appear *after* the
        user kw. and it has to be there for every user on
        the same server.

you may want to update the manpage or the parser.
