[fetchmail][PATCH] Debian fixes to 5.8.7

These are the main differences between upstream 5.8.7 and Debian's 5.8.7-1

Byrial Jensen <byrial(_at_)image(_dot_)dk> gets the credit for the RFC-compliant
changes to tracepoll's output patch.

Stephan Krings <stephan(_at_)xmn-berlin(_dot_)de> gets the credit for noticing 
one of
the free(line) before an statement that dereferences line. I found another
while applying his patch by hand.

I don't recall who noticed the --addaccthdr stuff in options.c.  Sorry :(

Minor cosmetic changes to fetchmailconf code were done, too.
