[fetchmail]Fetchmail with ETRN for Domain

I am trying to do something that may not be possible.  I need to get mail for 
a domain (with a record in DNS) using ETRN from a server connecting from 
another domain.  I am trying to retrieve the mail queued for mail.domain.com 
[209.194.44.49] from a server connecting from 208.62.17.206 using fetchmail.

Is this possible?  If not, what is?
