[fetchmail]fetchmail keeps fetching same messages over and over

Hi there,

I have my fetchmail set to fetch messages of an POP3
account (machine A), but to leave the messages on the 
server (as they are fetched by another computer (B) for 
archiving). 

My problem is that fetchmail keeps downloading the 
messages over and over that are waiting  on the mailserver
to be picked up by machine B. 

Does anyone know what is causing this? It used to work
just fine until I upgraded to a newer version of fetchmail.
(don't know what the old version was anymore).
