This is *way* too vague to get a helpful response.
fetchmail has nothing to do with sending mail anyway - just collecting messages
from a mailbox and dropping it into your local mail
system. Read the FAQ then ask again when you can tell us at least what you are
trying to achieve, what you have already done to try
to achieve it, and what you are having trouble getting to work.
I would also suggest you read a good book on Linux; it isn't as friendly as
windows is, but it is much better in many circumstances
if you can spend the time to figure out how to drive it.
