[fetchmail]socket error ??

Jan 17 16:46:15 edns1 fetchmail[7344]: POP3 connection to 216.26.144.4 failed: 
Connection timed out
Jan 17 16:46:15 edns1 fetchmail[7344]: Query status=2 (SOCKET)


Hi ! above is the error message when running fetchmail.. ?
It not always happend .... it happend when trying to download a few account.

What should i do , for solve this problem.. Need HELP
