[fetchmail][password] secure fetchmail

Hello Family,

I've tried following the setup suggestions at
http://www.linuxdoc.org/HOWTO/mini/Secure-POP+SSH.html for avoiding
the clear_text password issue and was wondering if there are any
alternative explantions or setup descriptions ?

Can anyone offer a ~/.fetchmailrc that uses this successfully to
look at ?
