As always, when diagnosing fetchmail "problems" use "-v" or "-v -v" to
provide some diagnostic output.
The diagnostics are exactly as I originally reported, SMTP is
returning a 501 but fetchmail isnn't then throwing the mail away.
I can't repeat the test as I have now manually deleted the offending
message from the server - I do need to let real mail through.
