You may first try upgrading to the latest version of fetchmail
(5.9.14), if you have not already done so.
Also, you will have to give more detailed report for this. Give your
fetchmail version and configuration
fetchmail -V [other usual options]
and a more detailed report
fetchmail -v -v [other usual options]
