[fetchmail] suggestion: dynamic poll time

I would like fetchmail to poll an address more during certain times
(9am-5pm) and less at others (5pm-9am).

Right now my system is polling three addresses every ten minutes, or 432
polls a day.  During certain times it's worth it, but at night, it's not.
