[fetchmail] Upgraded...now can not recieve mail

I recently upgraded to fetchmail V5.9.0.  Since then I have not received any 
mail.  I upgraded several packages at that time so I'm not sure if it's 
fetchmail or not.
If I run the command 'fetchmail -d0 -v -nosyslog', I get the following output:
fetchmail: 5.9.0 querying pop.west.cox.net (protocol POP3) at Sat Nov 9 ...
fetchmail: fetchmail: getaddrinfo(pop.west.cox.net.pop3)
fetchmail: Query status=2 (SOCKET)
fetchmail: Normal termination, status 2
