[fetchmail] fetchmailrc - Guide?

I have looked all over the place and I can't seem to find a fetchmailrc
guide anywhere.

I will be using the multi-drop feature to pull from multipul users from a
single pop account. 

Can someone point me to either a tutorial, HOWTO or something about how to
set up fetchmail with information on the fetchmailrc file (if appropriate)
for this purpose.
